About the Exhibition
In her exhibition "Flags of Our Mothers," Raven Halfmoon pays tribute to her Caddo heritage and ancestors, challenging Indigenous silencing. Through her monumental hand-built stoneware sculptures showcased at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, she asserts the presence of Indigenous peoples, including herself, and claims a significant space within the artistic landscape.
